PTG stands for Parent Teacher Guild. The purpose of the PTG is to promote Catholic education while generating financial and volunteer support for the school.
If you are a returning family, you already know how special Our Lady of Loretto School is to our families. If this is your first year at the school, you will quickly realize and see how incredible our school and community are in supporting each other.
PTG Membership
All OLL families and teachers are members of the PTG. Each family is required to pay an annual membership fee of $50. This is billed via Curacubby.
PTG Events We Host Throughout the Year
Join new and returning families for the Back to School BBQ! Bring your favorite potluck dish and meet the new OLL families and catch up with returning ones!
An OLL Family favorite! Bring your camping chairs and blankets and join with OLL families for a fun drive in style movie!
Who loves pizza and bingo?! This is a fun get together with families from OLL. The kids love playing BINGO, eating pizza and sometimes telling funny jokes from stage!
This annual tradition is a fun one for sure. OLL Daughters get dressed up to come dance the night away with their fathers and all their friends!
Another annual tradition for all the sons of OLL and their mothers to gather together for an afternoon of fun, food and laughter!
Calling all OLL Dads! Once a year the dad's get together for some appetizers and drinks and get to know the other dads in our OLL Community!
Mom's need a night out together! Every year the mom's gather for some chatter, food and drinks.
Community nights are always a blast to gather all the OLL families for a meal and Bingo games. So much fun and laughter!
OLL PTG hosts an end of the year party for all the OLL students. The end of year party for 22/23 was a splash hit!

Whether it's a facelift to the school building with fresh paint, a beautiful new school sign, or air conditioning for the classrooms, check out the Fund a Need!
Along with the schools enrichment classes, we will hold school wide assemblies for the students. They are so much fun and the students learn a lot!
This is an important and necessary program for our students to learn the different art mediums and how to express themselves through art!
Every year during Teacher Appreciation week, the PTG hosts a teacher luncheon for all our teachers and staff. It's a great way to honor our amazing teachers.
As our 8th graders are wrapping up their final year at OLL, the PTG hosts an 8th Grade breakfast or luncheon to honor and thank our graduating 8th grade class.
PTG Fundraising Events for the School
Throughout the year, local restaurants and shops partner up with OLL PTG in dine and donates. When OLL families go to dine out, the local restaurant gives back a portion of the proceeds. It's a win win for everyone!
Are you a golfer? If yes, this event is for you, and all your friends and local business people to spend a day out on the golf course. This is one of the PTG's largest fundraisers. What more could you ask for than a day out on the links!
Who would think that a patch of green turf could transform into a pumpkin patch every October? You have to come see it to believe it and buy some pumpkins from the OLL Pumpkin Patch! Bring home other goodies, too!
Need Christmas shopping ideas for relatives and friends? The Christmas Catalog will provide you with ideas to find the perfect gift for family and friends with partial proceeds going back the school!
An annual Christmas tradition of OLL that spans over 3 decades, the Christmas luncheon, as well as a place to shop for Christmas gifts! This is one of the school's biggest fundraising event!
All the kids love to run for fun for their school! Weeks leading up to the Fun Run, the kids will have the opportunity to raise funds and win prizes individually and as a class for raising the most funds!
Our school's most important fundraiser is the OLL Annual Auction. It's a special evening out with families and friends of OLL school (adults only) to gather for a night of fun, dining and bidding on some amazing auction items. Items in the past have included week long vacations, Giants tickets, Winery tours, Pay to Plays, Gourmet Dinner Parties and much more. It's for the kids!
Stock up on spirit wear for Panther Pride Days, to wear to Community Nights, or to wear to drop off or pick up. There is a little something for everyone in the family! Shirts, sweatshirts, hats, mugs, Ollie the Panther Stuffy, earrings, hair accessories and even PJs! So much OLL Swag! Profits go back to the PTG to support school programs and activities.
Special Events and School Support

Hosted on the first day of school after drop off, come join the PTG in the school hall for coffee, breakfast treats, meet new families, and see what's planned for the year by the PTG. There are also opportunities to sign up to volunteer with upcoming events and fulfill your volunteer hours!
The OLL Panther Family Partners is where existing OLL families get paired up with a new incoming family for the purpose of getting acquainted with the school, and seeing a familiar face at drop off or pick up, or other OLL PTG sponsored events. It's a great way to build community with new faces and families!
Room parents play an important role for each class. They send out the weekly Sunday Snapshots to the parents. They organize class volunteers for rotational learning or field trips. They coordinate the annual class Christmas Basket for the Christmas Luncheon. They're involved with Teacher Appreciation week and so much more. It's a great way to be involved with the classroom.
